This weekend, I watched an old video of John Travolta on Inside the Actor’s Studio. I had seen the interview years before and was struck by how well John Travolta managed his mindset in order to achieve great success in his life. It’s a great interview, if you have the time to watch it, you can find it on YouTube.
The thing that struck me most about John Travolta is that he is impeccable with his mindset. He has such immense confidence in himself and his abilities that any negativity doesn’t stop him from doing what he wants. Even during the timeframe of his life when he wasn’t starring in hit movies, he still found ways to find joy in his life. From the interview, we learned that his parents gave him this gift of confidence, joy, and freedom.
For the rest of us, however, we sometimes have to work a little harder to manage our mindset and self talk.
I have dedicated my life to managing my mindset and helping others to do so, too. Toward that end, I am creating a zero cost series of mindset training in hypnosis and Neurolinguistic Programming. I’ve made this easy for you: listen to the MP3 as a podcast or a simple YouTube video.
In episode 2A of the Hypnosis and NLP training course, I explore the foundations of Hypnosis and NLP, how the mind works, and how you can use it for change and influence — in a good way — for yourself and others.
These introductory trainings will help you build a foundation for the more advanced material.
If you stay with me, I know it will change your life for the better. I have 10 years of emails and testimonials on how it has already helped thousands of people. At one point over 180,000 people were accessing my training podcasts every month. And now I’ve updated them, just for you.
A lot of new techniques have been developed and discovered. I’ll be teaching this information, but you need a foundation to understand and implement it. So, have a listen.
These podcasts might not turn you into the next star of Saturday Night Fever, but it might just help you live a more joy-filled life where your mindset becomes your greatest asset instead of a problem weighing you down.
