Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling Deadline

All schedule changes must be made 48 hours in advance or you will be charged the full rate for your scheduled appointment.

Additionally, if you fail to show up for your session, you’ll be considered a “No Show” and will be charged for 100% of the cost of your service. Prior to the 48-hour deadline, you can reschedule by contacting me.

Technical Difficulties
If you experience a technical issue: you can contact me, or simply reply to your confirmation email. Do not call me or contact me via unmonitored social media accounts. The contact form is the fastest and most effective way to receive support.

Time Zones
My scheduling system allows you to schedule in your time zone. Regardless of your city or country, it is your responsibility to pay attention to a.m. and p.m. For those accustomed to 24-hour clocks, 12am is midnight (aka 24:00 or 0:00) and 12pm is noon (12:00).


Confirmation emails
You will receive several emails confirming the appointment time, date and your telephone number, among other details. It’s your responsibility to read these and verify their accuracy. Failure to do so constitutes an error on your part, and is not an excuse to miss a reading.


Opt out of reminder emails at your own risk
If you decide to opt-out of courtesy reminder emails and you subsequently forget to show up, this constitutes a No-Show and there will not be a refund.


Wrong email address
If you don’t receive a confirmation email message after booking your appointment, check your spam folder. If you still don’t receive one, contact me using the contact form and I can resend it. Failure to do so constitutes an error on your part, and is not an excuse to miss a reading.


Outages
If either Skype or Zoom are experiencing technical difficulties for both of us, we will reschedule.


Wrong numbers
You will have multiple opportunities (through confirmation and reminder emails) to verify and correct your telephone number and contact details. If you provide the wrong number, I will attempt to reach you via email. If you don’t respond to that within 15 minutes, then that constitutes a “No-Show.”


All fees and payments are final
After a session, any payments made for appointments are non-refundable.


Gift Cards
All Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.


Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
I reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session at any time if a client is uncooperative, at risk of harming himself or herself or others, and/or if the client becomes abusive towards me.
