I use a number of different examples that explain and illustrate some distinctions on how to use neurolinguistic programming to live a better life and experience.

I talk about how our models can often miss our true intentions for creating the reality we would like. What we read on a menu is not necessarily what we’re going to be having for dinner. We might think that the map of a territory looks one way, but it might be completely different. We learn more about subjective versus objective experience, and why it’s important.
